Quality and environmental policy
Long-time customer service and customer satisfaction involving a regardful and protective approach to the environment are the highest priorities of Cegelec a.s. To achieve them objectives of the quality and environment policy have been defined and basic principle of company´s behaviour in this relationship have been determined.
The company has established a quality management system complying with CSN EN ISO 9001 and an environment management system complying with CSN EN ISO 14001 for the following fields:

development, designs, purchase, production, assembly, testing, commissioning, repairs and maintenance of electrical, electronical and mechanical equipment for traction vehicles and stable devices of the electrical traction

designs, purchase, deliveries, assembly, testing. commissioning, repairs and maintenance of heavy and light current electrical devices for industrial, shopping and office buildings
Company´s top management controls a proper operation of the whole system and its continuous improvement. Its entire organisation, control and activities are fully linked with the quality and environment management systems with the main emphasize being laid on high quality of supplied products, solutions and services, control of company´s human resources and environmental prevention in the field of environment. The top management also commits to control the system to be in continuous accordance with respective requirements resulting from legal regulations and with other requirements to which the company has commited and that are related to its environmental aspects.
